Mother of 2 and frequent weightlifter requested breast augmentation to increase fullness and size. For natural-looking but full breast implants, we opted to perform a Transaxillary (no breast scar) subfascial breast augmentation* with Natrelle Responsive 450 cc implants to achieve her ideal look- increased fullness but still modest, natural-looking breasts.
When this patient came to me, her biggest concern was that her augmentation would be natural-looking, but full. I think we accomplished that goal.
