Thank you for reaching out Heather! We perform all San Antonio patients’ consultations, preoperative evaluations, and postoperative evaluations in San Antonio. The surgical facility we built, which saves you the high costs of having your surgery performed at a local San Antonio ambulatory surgery center or hospital, is in Houston. The only day necessary to be seen in Houston is the day of cosmetic surgery procedures and immediately the morning after surgery before returning to San Antonio. It does require a one-night stay in a hotel near the clinic for safety. However, we do provide a travel discount for our San Antonio patients to offset the cost of travel and hotel stays.
